What is Happiness?
Many people would say that there is no real definition for happiness. Happiness is whatever you want it to be. It may be a rainy night with a person by your side while you see the lightning rumbling high in the sky and you do not need to say a word. You are there, just in silence, looking at the dark sky and just feeling a warm and caring body next to you. Others may say happiness is knowing yourself, knowing all your weaknesses, your strengths, what you want on life, and what you have accomplished. There some people who are happy with just having a chemotherapy or radiation session and being able to eat a meal the next day. I say happiness is enjoying life. Every minute we have of life, whether we are learning, or giving, receiving and even fighting with the people we care for. That is life.
